Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich (ALL-INKL.COM), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you access the website, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser, operating system, referring page) in log files. We need this data to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host stores log files with the full IP address for no longer than seven days. After that they are deleted. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host.

Cookies and consent

We only use technically necessary cookies: for the session, to protect the forms (CSRF) and to store your choice in the consent dialogue (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) TDDDG, the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). We only load third-party content once you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer. We do not use any tracking or analytics tools.

Contact form, enquiry dialogue and email

If you contact us via the form (including the enquiry dialogue) or by email, we process the details you provide. These are your name, email address, optionally phone number and company, your message and any uploaded files. We use them to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use uploaded files (up to three files as PDF, JPG or PNG, each no larger than 10 MB) solely for your enquiry. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We delete submissions stored in the system after twelve months at the latest.

Job applications

If you apply for a job with us, we process your details and documents to decide on your employment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG). Only the people involved in the selection process have access. If you are not hired, we delete your documents no later than six months after the process has ended. We only keep them longer, for example for future positions, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Map (OpenStreetMap)

The map on the contact page only loads after you click on it. Your browser then retrieves map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). In the process, your IP address is transmitted (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). An adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for the United Kingdom.

Fonts and content

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No data is transferred to font providers. Links to other websites (e.g. mindflight.app, social media) are simple links. Data is only transferred when you click on them.

Your rights

  • Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • Rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17)

  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)

  • Data portability (Art. 20)

  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)

  • Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

To exercise these rights, write to hello@mindcaps.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
