Nordwerk is a fictional energy technology firm from northern Germany that plans solar, heating and storage for businesses and municipalities. Our concept study turns its method into a website: measure first, then build. A company's daily load curve carries the entire design.

What we designed
A home page built around a daily curve: consumption and solar yield of a working day draw themselves like a chart recorder.
Solutions as a circuit diagram: six components on one energy bus, each with a key figure and a short explanation.
A plant atlas: six projects as data rows with key figures and a small annual curve, filterable by sector.
Calculator and load profile check: two sliders for a first estimate, then a three-step enquiry with file upload.
Art direction in night blue, paper and signal lime. Large statements in Inter Light, readings in monospace. Curves draw themselves and numbers count up.
