Automated backups copy files, databases and configuration to encrypted storage in the EU. Restore tests prove that they work.
Downtime and data loss

Immutable backups cannot be changed or deleted for a set period, not even with administrator rights. This protects against ransomware.
What we back up
Databases, uploaded files, form submissions and server configuration are backed up, usually daily. Retention, such as daily, weekly and monthly versions, is agreed with you.
Restore tests
We restore backups regularly as a test and document the result. Failed backups trigger an automatic alert.
Approach
Frequency, storage locations and retention depend on which data is critical and how much downtime is acceptable. The documented plan serves data protection and audits and covers deletion after retention ends.
