Automated reporting and dashboards
Automated reporting and dashboards bring marketing, sales and usage data together and update the figures every day.
Background
Many teams still compile monthly reports by hand from analytics and ad account exports. This takes time and introduces errors. A dashboard shows the same figures daily, each defined consistently.
Components
Data sources: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, ad accounts, CRM, shop or your own databases.
Data storage: For larger volumes, a data warehouse such as BigQuery, in an EU region if needed.
Visualisation: Looker Studio, Power BI or a dedicated view in your portal.
Distribution: Scheduled delivery as a PDF or link.
The role of AI
A language model summarises the main changes and flags anomalies, such as fewer enquiries from one channel. The system calculates the figures and the model only describes them, so no metrics are invented.
Questions in natural language are answered by a data query, not a model estimate.
Approach
We start with the questions your management asks and derive metrics and definitions from them. We then connect the sources, build the dashboard and check the figures against previous reports. Access rights and data protection are settled from the outset.
Once live, we monitor the data connections, so failures or interface changes surface before the next report.
