User management
Participants are added individually, by import or via single sign-on. Roles control permissions, and the platform can separate several tenants if required. A connection to HR systems keeps participants and departments up to date.
Technology and data protection
The platform is accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA and works on mobile. We handle learning progress and assessment results in line with the GDPR. Reports can be agreed with the works council.
Approach
We clarify audiences, learning formats and documentation requirements. We then start with a pilot course, and its feedback shapes the next stages.
