AI content quality checks

AI content quality checks in your CMS catch errors in language, style and SEO data before copy goes live.

Background

The more people edit a site, the less consistent its copy becomes. Tone drifts, technical terms are spelt differently and alt text goes missing. Manual approvals take time and still miss details.

What we check

  • Language: Spelling and grammar, for example with LanguageTool, which can be self-hosted.

  • Style and tone: A language model checks copy against your style guide, including form of address and banned terms.

  • Readability: Flesch reading ease, long sentences and noun-heavy phrasing.

  • SEO and accessibility: Headings, meta data, alt text and link text.

CMS integration

In Statamic, each note and suggested fix appears directly in the editor. Fixed rules are checked by rule-based logic, which is reliable and traceable. The language model handles style only. We can also audit existing content and list the pages that need attention most.

Limits

The check makes suggestions and does not replace expert sign-off, least of all for content with legal implications. We agree models and providers with your data protection officer.
